• Automate communications in 3 languages for e-communications
o Newsletters
o Invitations
• Frequently communicate with alumni via email
o Use list serves to announce news about grants, jobs, interest-based events
o Send multiple reminders about important deadlines
o Accept registrations and event reservations online
• Create events at 4 levels to build unity and growth
o Quarterly Hosted Event (1 every 3 months)
